Parkridge Cottages is a $5 million, 16-unit condominium development by Ruffner Mountain Management located at the corner of Central Avenue and Parkridge Drive, adjacent to Homewood Central Park in Homewood. The condos replaced a small apartment complex and three duplexes.

The shingle-clad design by Garrison Barrett Group features stone chimneys and an arched carriageway opening into the center parking court. Maxus Construction completed the project in early 2008. Ingram and Associates initially marketed the units in the $300,000 to $650,000 range.
