Meadow Brook 500 is a 133,000 square-foot office building at 500 Corporate Parkway in the Meadow Brook Corporate Park.

From its opening the building served as the headquarters of Rust International, which was later acquired by Raytheon Engineers, then by Washington Group International. Washington Group vacated the space as part of its bankruptcy in 2001.

In 2010 the building was leased by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama to consolidate its Cahaba Government Benefit Administrators division, which was formerly housed in the nearby Meadow Brook 300 building.
