Jefferson Corner is the present name for a two-story commercial building developed around 1908 by attorney William Walker Jr on the site of a former residence on the northeast corner of Block 74, at the southwest corner of Richard Arrington Jr Boulevard North and 4th Avenue North.
The building was documented in 1985 as a contributing structure to the first boundary extension of the Downtown Birmingham Historic District listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
The building has housed the downtown Birmingham branch of ServisFirst Bank. In 2019 the rest of the building was renovated into seven 14,000 square-foot office/retail suites.
