Grandview Parkway is a 1.3-mile street that connects various parcels in the Grandview commercial subdivision flanking U.S. Highway 280 in Birmingham's Overton neighborhood.
The southern part of the development was originally a headquarters campus for HealthSouth and the site of their planned "Digital Hospital." After that company went through bankruptcy and relocated to Liberty Park. The former campus was sold to the Daniel Corporation for $43.5 million.
