The Legendary Shots (formerly Amazing Basketball Shots) is a series of basketball trick-shot videos created by a troupe of Hoover High School students and popularized through YouTube. Boys appearing in the videos include Carson Stalnaker, Jeff Keith, Chase Martin, Bryan Anderson, Barret Crawford, Jeffrey Higginbotham, Alex Watkins and Phil Latko, none of whom play for the Buccaneers' basketball team.

The videos are created by setting up cameras and filming as many shots as it takes before one goes through the basket, then editing the successful shots together, sometimes from multiple camera angles. According to Stalnaker, the average shot requires about an hour of misses, with some taking far longer.

Clips from their videos have been re-aired in commercials shown during the NCAA Final Four as well as at NBA arenas and Times Square. Stories about the videos have aired on ESPN2 and Fox Sports. The Hampton Inn hotel chain used one video for a series of short advertisements touting their rewards program.

In 2010 Big Communications hired the group, on behalf of the Greater Birmingham Convention and Visitors Bureau, to stage shots at Birmingham area attractions, such as Vulcan Park, Alabama Adventure, the Talladega Superspeeday, the newly-opened Railroad Park, and Sloss Furnaces.
