The Anglican Diocese of the South is the regional body of the Anglican Church in North America that encompasses the Birmingham Area. The ACNA also has non-geographic units, so not all Birmingham area ACNA congregations are part of this diocese. It was created on June 9, 2010. It is lead by Bishop Foley Beach. The diocesan offices are in Atlanta, Georgia.
