Panorama East Apartments

Panorama East Apartments is a 200-unit, 192,596 square-foot apartment complex located on Westchester Drive, just west of Center Point Parkway in Birmingham's Apple Valley neighborhood. The complex was constructed in 1980. The complex stretches over 22 two-story buildings.

Bret Connor acquired the complex in April 2020 from Gary Marcrum for $6.9 million. He carried out exterior and interior renovations before selling the property to of Highlake Capital of Colleyville, Texas for $10.4 million in December of the same year.

An affiliate of Obsidian Capital of Cedar Park, Texas partnered with investors based in Sandy, Utah to acquire Panorama East in June 2024 for $16.1 million.
