This article is about the Southside apartment building. For the complex in West End, see Park Manor Apartments.

The Dian Apartments, later Park Manor Flats (sometimes called Park Manor Apartments) and Cobb Lane Condos is an apartment building located on the southeast corner of 20th Street and 13th Avenue South near Five Points South. The L-shaped building was designed by Wheelock & Wheelock and constructed in 1913.

In the mid-1990s Christian terrorist Eric Robert Rudolph used the basement of what was then called Park Manor Flats to construct bombs he detonated at Centennial Olympic Park, Otherside Lounge and an abortion clinic in Atlanta, and at the New Woman All Women Clinic in Birmingham.
