Simply Fashions is a discount women's clothing retailer based in Birmingham. The company sells most items for under $30 and targets African-American customers. It operates about 300 Simply Fashions and Fashion Trend stores in 21 states. Its offices are located at 2500 Crestwood Boulevard.

Founded in 1987, the company was purchased out of bankruptcy by brothers Mark and Rodney Barstein in 1991.

In 2008 the company was named as the defendent in a federal lawsuit alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
