Charles Ashley Carraway (born June 14, 1918; died July 6, 1996) was a physician.

Carraway was the youngest son of physician Charles Carraway, founder of Norwood Hospital, with his second wife, Frances.

He married Dorothy "Dot" Sahlmann on September 14, 1946 and had had one son, John.

Carraway died in 1996 and is buried at Elmwood Cemetery.
