Eric P. Jack (born c. 1957 in San Fernando, Trinidad and Tobago) was the dean of the Collat School of Business at UAB from 2013 to 2022.

Jack spent much of his childhood in Metuchen, New Jersey and became a naturalized citizen after graduating high school in Trinidad. He served for 21 years in the U.S. Air Force, specializing in facility planning and management, and serving as in instructor at the Air Force Institute of Technology in Dayton, Ohio. He earned his bachelor's degree in industrial engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, a master's degree in business from Wright State University in Fairborn, Ohio, and a doctorate in operations management from the University of Cincinnati.

Jack came to UAB in 2001 as an associate dean for faculty development and research. He was appointed to succeed David Klock as interim dean for the business school in October 2012 and was offered the full-time position in April 2013 following a national search. Jack also held the Wells Fargo Endowed Chair in Business Administration, and his wife, Ava was also an instructor in the UAB School of Business.

As dean, Jack oversaw an increase in enrollment of 42% and is credited with facilitating the $25 million contribution from Charles and Patsy Collat which gave the school its name and set the stage for development of its $37.5 million building.

Jack is an alumnus of the 2014 class of Leadership Birmingham and the 2018 class of Leadership Alabama. He has served on the boards of Innovation Depot, United Way of Central Alabama, and the Civic Club Foundation. He served a one-year term as president of the Rotary Club of Birmingham in 20182019. In 2022 he was appointed to a 6-year term on the board of the Birmingham Museum of Art.

Jack retired from UAB in 2022.
