Founders Station or Founders Station Plaza is a mixed-use redevelopment of the 1881 Caldwell Printing building, the 1887 Caldwell-Milner building, and the 1888 McAdory Building at 2013-2017 1st Avenue North for condominiums and retail tenants. The 44,500 square-foot project was announced by Orchestra Partners in late 2016, and opened in August 2018.

The redevelopment was designed by Appleseed Workshop (now Creature). Plans for the ground-floor retail include a covered interior passage and an outdoor pedestrian plaza on the east side of the property connecting 1st Avenue to Morris Avenue with space for several tenants selected to "stimulate nightlife" in the area. The second floor was originally anticipated to house "office condos". Due to demand, those spaces were instead developed as residential condominiums, as well.

The second and third phases of Founders Station were financed with $535,150 in tax incentives from the City of Birmingham. The second phase, consisting of six one-bedroom condominium units, opened in May 2019.

In 2020 Orchestra Partners sold Founders Station for $2.75 million to an affiliate of Michael Yi & Associates of Ann Arbor, Michigan.
