Jerry Tracey (born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is a former television meteorologist who spent 35 years at WVTM-TV.

Tracey earned his bachelor of science in meteorology at Pennsylvania State University in 1975 and began his career as a forecaster with AccuWeather, which is headquartered in State College. He moved into television as a weekend meteorologist for WINK-TV in Fort Myers, Florida in 1985 and then worked for The Weather Channel in 1986 before coming to Birmingham as WVTM's chief meteorologist in 1987.

In addition to producing and hosting weather-related news content he served as host of the station's annual broadcast of the Children's Miracle Network telethon between 1989 and 2006. He also provided radio weather forecasts for WAPI-AM in the early 1990s.

Tracey was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2020 and underwent successful radiation therapy.

Tracey retired in December 2022.

Tracey and his wife, Kathy have two children and four grandchildren.
