Lite Box Gallery was a community art gallery located at 2825 2nd Avenue South, in Pepper Place. The space was established by Sloss Real Estate and designed and built by Building Our Experiences. The gallery's first show, Cuba: Inside-Out opened January 29, 2009.

Kate Merritt Davis curated two well-received group shows in early 2010, "Edge of Winter" in January with 14 artists, and "Role Playing: Using the Figure in Contemporary Art" (February-March) with works by Bradford Daly, Wes Frazer, Bonard Hughins, Chad Johnson, Megan Kimber, Celeste Laborde, Jonathan Purvis, Michael Swann. The opening of that exhibition included an interactive multimedia installation by Brad Davis and HoWaYa Klann.

Later Lite Box moved to the former Alabama Folk Art Gallery in the Birmingham Center for Regional Planning and Design (the former Young & Vann Building) at 1725-31 1st Avenue North.
