1927 Scott Lumber Co. advertisement

The Scott Lumber Company was a family-owned construction supplier located in Pratt City, founded by Nimrod W. Scott and his sons. Its location near a railroad spur facilitated the company's sale of bulk materials such as sand and gravel, as well as building lumber.

The company served the Birmingham area for over four decades.
