The Murals on Niazuma, formerly the Chesterfield Apartments, is a three-building, 48-unit apartment complex on a 1.26-acre parcel on Block 844 at 2612-2620 Niazuma Avenue in Birmingham's Highland Park neighborhood. The complex was constructed in 1968. It is managed by SPM Property Management.

The complex was sold by Chesterfield LLC to Manchester Partners in 2016 for $3 million; then to Highland Real Estate Capital of Nashville, Tennessee in 2018 for $3.235 million; and then by an investor using a Hoover UPS Store as their address in January 2023 for $5 million.

In 2019 the apartment complex was used as a filming location for the feature Collection.
