Arbor Place is a 26,474 square-foot strip shopping center on a 2.8-acre site at 5479 U.S. Highway 280 westbound at Turtle Lake Drive in unincorporated Shelby County, adjoining Hoover's Greystone area. It was built in 2004.
The center was owned and managed by Ponder Properties, which was later acquired by NAI Chase Commercial
