Broadway Across America-Birmingham presents touring productions of Broadway-style dramas and musicals at the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex Concert Hall. The local company operates under the national "Broadway Across America" organization, which is owned by British producer John Gore's Key Brand Entertainment.
Broadway Across America-Birmingham's first season, under the ownership of Live Nation, was presented in 2006. The Birmingham Broadway Series, a rival non-profit production company which had previously partnered with Live Nation, folded in April 2008.
