Brock's Gap Boutique Bed and Breakfast is a planned 5-story, 23-suite, 40,000 square-foot bed and breakfast proposed for a 2.4-acre site on Stadium Trace Parkway at Mineral Trace in Hoover, near the Hoover Metropolitan Stadium.
The $10 million project is being developed by Jordan Hosey's Housed by Hosey Realty, to be operated by her other business, Game On BnB.
The ground floor will be occupied by a full-service restaurant and the penthouse will have a prime suite as well as an enclosed event space, a cigar lounge, outdoor bar, and swimming pool. The intermediate floors will each be divided into five 1-3 bedroom suites.
The building was designed by Rebecca Whitlow of Revolutionary Architecture and built by Mancha Construction Partners.
