Colonnade Office Tower North is a 278,345 square-foot six-story office building constructed in 1989 at 3525 Colonnade Parkway at The Colonnade, near the intersection of U.S. Highway 280 and I-459.
The office building was originally built to serve as the headquarters for BellSouth Services, which was later acquired by AT&T, but was vacated in 2014. In March 2016 Southern Company announced that it would lease the entire building, along with the nearby Colonnade Office Tower South.
The pair of buildings, distinguished by their red-colored metal roofs, were sold to the Griffin Capital Corporation of El Segundo, California for $131.6 million in 2017.
