Cullman Regional Medical Center

Cullman Regional Medical Center is a 145-bed inpatient hospital founded in 1939 and located at 1912 Alabama State Highway 157, adjoining Lake Catoma in Cullman. It is owned and operated by the non-profit Healthcare Authority of Cullman County, which also operates several smaller facilities in Cullman and Morgan Counties. The hospital's CEO is James Clements. The chief nursing officer is Charna Brown.

The hospital is recognized as a Level 3 Trauma Center and as a Tier 1 Provider by Blue Cross & Blue Shield, and a Tier 1 Heart and Stroke Center by the American Heart Association. The medical center includes the main hospital as well as three professional office buildings and outpatient service providers.

The hospital completed a $9.5 million expansion of its emergency department in 2022 and a new 4-story tower to expand its critical care and medical surgical units in 2023. TRO Jung Brannen Architects and Doster Construction were engaged for both projects.
