Last Call Baking Co. is a bakery founded in 2020 by Chanah Willis, former pastry chef at Urban Standard out of her apartment. The bakery produces cakes, biscuits, savory potato tarts and pastries daily.

She opened to the public in a 900 square-foot space in the Birmingham Poultry & Egg Co. building at 213 25th Street North in Birmingham's Central City neighborhood in 2022. The move was supported by a loan from the U.S. Small Business Administration. In 2024 the business employed 15 people.
