Millennial Bank is a proposed new bank which plans to acquire the existing Covenant Bank of Leeds as a base for expanding. Founding officers include Brad Collins, former co-founder of First Partners Bank, along with Thomas Healan, William Jenkins, Robert Rockett, Kamleshkumar Sonani, and William F. Spencer III.
