The Pack Health Building is a 48,000 square-foot one-story office building located at 110 12th Street North, occupying most of Block 91 between 1st Avenue and 2nd Avenue North.

The building was constructed before 1994 and in that decade served as a business incubator owned by the City of Birmingham, known as the Entrepreneurial Center. Beginning in 2001 it also housed UAB's Office for the Advancement of Developing Industries (OADI). In 2007 those entities relocated to the newly-opened Innovation Depot.

The building was subsequently purchased for $2 million by the engineering firm Gallet & Associates, which relocated from Beacon Parkway West. Technology firm Valeri continued to lease space in the building. Gallet was acquired in 2009 by Terracon, which continued to run its Birmingham office there until moving to Hoover in 2017. In 2018 Pack Health and Omega Realty Group leased the building from GAI Properties.

In 2019 technology firm Joonko relocated its offices from San Francisco, California to the Pack Health Building.

In 2023 Pack Health announced that it would expand its offices to 46,000 square feet. In addition to space for up to 200 new employees, the expansion would provide a larger fitness center and healthy food options, and access to a walking trail. A 500 square-foot soundstage was also included in the renovation, which was completed in September of that year.
