Priority Soldier Inc. is a non-profit organization which claims to help veterans in Central Alabama obtain housing, workforce training, and employment. It was founded in 2010 by Kenneth Phillips and his daughter, Danielle. It has offices in the Shipt Tower at 420 20th Street North in downtown Birmingham.

The organization has partnered with United Way of Central Alabama and with One Roof Alabama.

In November 2020 Priority Soldier Inc. applied for a $1.9 million grant to operate an online program for veterans experiencing post-traumatic stress disorder using funds from the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act. In 2023 Kenneth and Danielle Phillips were charged with fraudulently transferring most of those program funds into personal bank accounts for their own benefit. They pleaded guilty to federal conspiracy charges.
