• I would say it isn't safe to assume with these type buildings. You also have buildings that were very similar built for the Omelete Shoppe and Huddle House. • Well, what do you know? I have it on good authority (my mom) that it was an Omelet Shoppe. As she points out, "coffee" and "omelet" have the same number of letters. Is that a good enough source? :-) --Lkseitz 18:26, 27 February 2007 (PST)
