1974
Where did the 1974 date come from? I didn't see it in the article cited. I found a related press release (Word format) that says 1975, but doesn't give a specific date. I (believe I) remember when the sea lion exhibit was new. I would have only been 3 in 1974, so it seems unlikely I would remember it. - I think I got it from the plaque in the monkey grass across the sidewalk from the sea lion pool. I can't see to locate my photo of it right now, though. --Dystopos 22:05, 30 November 2007 (PST)
