The Church at Cahaba Bend is a United Methodist congregation located at 3721 Shelby County Highway 52 in Helena. The church was organized in 2000 with 12 founding members. They met in homes, a restaurant, an office, and at Helena Intermediate School school before moving into their present campus, across from the school, in 2007.

The initial 14,000 square-foot church building was designed by TurnerBatson Architects and built by Acton Construction. In addition to worship space, the first phase included classrooms, offices, and hospitality areas. The first services were held there on April 29, 2007.

The Church at Cahaba Bend is part of the South-Central District of the North Alabama Conference of the United Methodist Church.
