The Depot is a new campus for Faith Community Fellowship on a 20.4-acre site at 8600 U.S. Highway 11 in Springville. The campus is being developed as a 58,161 square-foot "regional community center" with space available for several public, private, civic, social, and faith-based organizations which would share access to a central lobby with a cafe and catering kitchen, a gymnasium with fitness areas, and multiple meeting rooms, co-working spaces and gathering spaces, including the main auditorium.

The Depot, the name of which is intended to recall the former Springville Depot passenger station, is being developed by Surgance Inc., a nonprofit, in partnership with the church, which will relocate its Springville area services from Springville Middle School to become an anchor tenant. Plans also call for a private pre-school with a STEAM curriculum and virtual teaching capabilities, and a teen center with recreational space. Independent living residences would also be part of the project, which is being constructed in phases. The first phase, at 10,000 square feet, is expected to open in 2022.
