The Richard Scrushy lakehouse is the former lakefront mansion owned by HealthSouth founder Richard Scrushy.

The house was constructed for $17.8 million on six lots at 1470 Willows End in the gated Willow Point subdivision on the western part of Lake Martin south of Alexander City. Scrushy also owned a hangar at the Willow Point Airport in the subdivision.

Both properties were sold at auction at the Tallapoosa County Courthouse in Dadeville on November 9, 2009. Attorney's for HealthSouth's shareholders entered the winning bids of $7.4 million for the house and $435,000 for the hangar in order to try to recoup more money by selling the properties at a higher price later.
