The Eugene Enslen residence is a gracious marble-clad Neoclassical mansion at 2737 Highland Avenue. It was built in 1910 for real estate and business investor Eugene Enslen and his wife, the former Delia Evans. The house was designed by architect Robert Posey. It and its two neighbors to the west, built for Mrs Enslen's sisters in 1907, are known collectively as the Three sisters.
In 1962, Dr R. L. Stewart and his wife, Dr Vera Stewart, renovated the residence. The property was added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 13, 1975. It currently houses the Trimmier Law Firm.
