Pinchgut Creek is a stream that arises on the southern slope of Red Mountain and flows around Little Sand Mountain and through Trussville before it spills into the Cahaba River near the Trussville Wastewater Treatment Plant.

The Trussville Greenway, part of the Red Rock Ridge & Valley Trail System, follows the lower section of Pinchgut Creek from Morrow Road to its outlet at the Cahaba.
