The UAB Callahan Eye Hospital Clinic is a 5,200-square-foot clinic located at 1960 Gadsden Highway in Trussville. It opened for business on January 19, 2021 and offers a wide range of comprehensive and specialty eye services. In addition, in houses a state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging center, and includes an on-site optical store. It is affiliated with the UAB Callahan Eye Hospital.
