Colonnade Office Tower South is a 465,979 square-foot nine-story office building constructed in 1988 at 3535 Colonnade Parkway at The Colonnade near the intersection of U.S. Highway 280 and I-459.

The office building was originally used by AT&T, but was vacated in 2010. In March 2016 Southern Company announced that it would lease the entire building, along with the nearby Colonnade Office Tower North.

The pair of buildings, distinguished by their red-colored metal roofs, were sold to the Griffin Capital Corporation of El Segundo, California for $131.6 million in 2017.
