Victoria Plaza is an 8,379 square-foot retail strip shopping center located at 2947–2957 Pelham Parkway (U.S. Highway 31), at the corner of Canyon Park Drive and across from the Pelham Post Office in Pelham. It is owned by Terry Ponder, who developed it as part of his Ponder Properties portfolio.
