Several Floral Parades were held in Birmingham, featuring private carriages or automobiles bedecked with masses of flowers.
- One followed Rex Vulcan IV's parade as part of "Festival Week", an event held on May 8, 1899 after a February blizzard forced a rescheduling of Mardi Gras.
- The 1900 Elks' Festival held on the week of May 14 on 2nd Avenue North featured a floral parade.
- A floral parade was part of the festivities surrounding the 1900 Alabama State Fair in September.
- One took place on November 21, 1910 as part of the 1910 Census Jubilee.
- There was a floral parade during the 1916 United Confederate Veterans Reunion in Birmingham.
- One was held on October 27, 1921 during the Semicentennial of Birmingham.
