St George's Clinic was an outpatient care clinic for HIV-infected patients at Cooper Green Mercy Hospital. It was founded in 1992 after physician Jane Mobley and social worker Ann Atkinson won a $450,000 federal grant. It was named for St George who, in addition to serving as protector of those suffering fevers, also slew a fearsome dragon.

Mobley was the clinic's first director, and was succeeded by Susan Ferguson.

The clinic was forced to close in January 2013 due to loss of funds stemming from the Jefferson County debt crisis. The clinic's 800+ patients were transferred to UAB's 1917 Clinic.
