The Birmingham Presbytery of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in America is the regional unit of its denomination that includes Birmingham-area churches. In 1874 African Americans in the Cumberland Presbyterian Church formed a separate denomination so that they would have more independence. It was initially known as the Colored Cumberland Presbyterian Church and then the Second Cumberland Presbyterian Church. The denomination's headquarters are in Huntsville, Alabama.
The Birmingham Presbytery is part of the Alabama Synod.

- Earnest Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church
- First United Cumberland Presbyterian Church
