Valley Mall was a retail strip shopping center and two-story commercial building located at 1718–1722 28th Avenue South and at 1719–1725 27th Terrace South, backing up to Griffin Brook in Homewood.
Until 2015 the building was managed by Shades Valley Real Estate. After that, it was managed by Bostany Realty and then was sold to Capstone Development Partners in 2021.
In 2022 Capstone demolished the building and redeveloped the site for Luca restaurant and another tenant.
