- Jerome Daniels, died November 18, 2002. He was killed in a shootout with a robber while dining, off-duty, at Reno's Chicken & Burgers on Graymont Avenue.
- C. Robert Bennett, died June 17, 2004. He and two other officers were killed in an ambush while attempting to serve an assault warrant at an apartment house in Ensley.
- Harley Chisholm III, died June 17, 2004. He and two other officers were killed in an ambush while attempting to serve an assault warrant at an apartment house in Ensley.
