Cashio's Meatball Market was a restaurant which operated from October 3, 2016 to December 2017 in the former Mia Luna space at 728 29th Street South in Birmingham's Lakeview district. It was owned by Mary Susan Cashio.

The concept for the restaurant was inspired by Cashio's grandmother Angel's time-tested Italian beef meatball recipe, which was expanded into a menu including sausage, chicken, vegetarian and specialty meatballs served with a variety of sauces or on sandwiches. Other menu items included Italian style antipasti, salads, pasta dishes and desserts. Stephen Butler was the restaurant's general manager and Grayson Taft was the executive chef.

The restaurant interior was bright and modern, with marble table tops, white leather stools, bright red banquettes and mirrored walls. Artist Shane Boteler designed large graphics for the walls in the 40-seat dining room and restrooms. The entrance, flanked with patio tables, was topped with a bright red ball-shaped awning with the slogan "life's a ball."

The restaurant closed in December 2017.
