The Columbiana City Council is a legislative body governing the city of Columbiana, in Shelby County. The 5-members are elected to represent voting wards (districts) for four year terms beginning in November. The Mayor of Columbiana presides over meetings and also has a vote. The council meets on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at Columbiana City Hall.
