The 2010 Birmingham neighborhood elections were held on October 23, 2012 to decide leadership for Birmingham's 99 neighborhoods. Many races were uncontested and overall turnout was extremely low. The Acipico-Finley, Green Acres, Mason City, North Titusville, Powderly and Smithfield neighborhoods were the only ones in which more than 100 votes were cast.
