ImagiCon

ImagiCon is a planned science fiction and fantasy convention to be held March 27-29, 2009 at the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex. The event chairs Thomas Wood and Joe Boyd, with event directors, Abby Sadler and Ray Johnson.

The program features live musical performaces (folk, alternative and Celtic), along with charity wrestling, film and television screenings, a midnight rave and specialty tracks for paranormal and hard sciences.

Celebrity guests scheduled to appear include Albin Johnson, Bill Johnson, Daniel Emery Taylor, Jim O'Rear, John Dugan, Patricia Albrecht, and Samantha Newark.
